A LETTER OF SOME IMPORTANCE: TO END EMISSIONS:
We have discovered a frequency in the extra-low-frequency (e.l.f.) range, that somehow cleans toxins away when it comes to getting rid of harmful emissions from petroleum products, from any sort of mineral or crude oils and their products.
Because this is so important to the planet, we are GIVING quite some number of places connected to motor vehicles, the frequency number, to reach as many as possible, so that we hope eventually, we can help end the Greenhouse effect, and the sicknesses that those emissions FROM CARS attract to people: hyperactivity, attention deficiency disorder and partly attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder.
Many people, and animals, do suffer from occasional thought-life problems from just being around car-exhaust fumes, emissions; and then the emotions suffer; it comes to mind that, when glue-sniffers get hold of petrol, and sniff it, brain cells die so much, leaving the person abusing such things, quite unable to be responsible, so that people who live in the cities overmuch do suffer, lesser than petrol-sniffers and solvent abusers, yet, still, there IS an unhealthy aspect to that.
Counselling might be fine, however: mostly those people do in fact need a great deal more than counselling; and maybe for some, the only answer could be a variety of alternative therapies, plus years spent in the countryside, being cared about, and cared for.
Orthodox doctors say that once the damage is done of the cerebellum and so forth, nothing can be done, just more doctors drugs that often make a person look calmer, and it is not good because they are inside, in turmoil, and unhealed.
PERHAPS THE BEST THING, FOR OTHERS' HEALTH:
Is to end the emissions, in a variety of ways, that are quite possible: there are some inventors well on their way toward that "new car with the new motive power", that many dream of, but do not know where to look.

TO CLEAN the PETROL AND OTHER PRODUCTS, THE FREQUENCY IS 8.98989898...Hz:
8.98989898...Hz (hertz); it can be incorporated with the muffler, exhaust, or even the fuel line, it is best on the fuel line... or even the petrol or gas tank. This would of course, need to be emitted from an extra-low-frequency device; fitted to cars, a device or machine. Only 3 digits are absolutely necessary, so it would be: 8.98Hz. The further numbers are an improvement, yet, it may take technology time to “catch up” to be more advanced. Most mathemeticians, and ourselves say: if building an even more advanced machine, keep adding to the same pattern, as mathematically, that number can “carry on forever”, and endless number. Don't round it up, don't round it down.
Very short range machines are needed, very transistorised, AND able to be switched on and off; or even better: switches on automatically when the key is switched on; and then switches OFF; 7 minutes 7 seconds later; AND: MAKE SURE THE DEVICE GIVES THE 7 MINUTES to the PETROL TANK, so that every new refill of petrol/gas, is given that 7 minutes 7 seconds of e.l.f. 8.98989898Hz, every time: that is to say, per day. It will alter the molecular structure of the petrol-gas, to something better, so people and animals will not suffer so much from the efficiency. I do not know about it's effect on fuel consumption. It may improve, however I have been told it will remain much the same.
HOWEVER: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER: Go above the recommendations for the broadcasting, generating times given. It is possible to overdose on e.l.f., just like it's possible to overdose on paracetamol that is usually beneficial to relieve pain, if the amount given is for the best.
Poor health would be the result of any overdose, to any life at all within range of the machine. So, we try to keep the e.l.f. device very short range so the people are NOT within range.
DO REMEMBER:
1.The device should NEVER be switched on for more than 9 minutes a day. This is especially so, of when there are people in the car. Usually, that 3.952Hz for 9 minutes per day is not harmful to people, in fact, is very beneficial to health, yet in the future, there will be other broadcasts from other machines that will give people that same thing: good health, in a number of ways, from the same sorts of machines, often longer range, sometimes in the homes. Even if experimenting, do NOT give any life at all, especially animals, and overdose of any extra low frequency at all.
2.The extra-low-frequencies are sometimes erroneously called "extremely-low-frequencies"; please such a small range of the machine, because complications can happen if the frequencies are given too much e.l.f. The first overdose symptom a person would be: they would say “my head is swimming”, at such times, of course, switch the machine off, if necessary in a big hurry, since the symptoms will get worse and more if this continues. The second symptom would be, a person would say: “this is too much to bear”: they mean their suffering.
3.Extremely low frequencies show great promise, tests on a human, given the frequency, will actually feel like healing, all around the person; and often would be perceived as being like a “magnetic force, quite pleasant”; and a different frequency number cured oncoming skin cancer. It DOES matter, very much so, what frequency-number is being broadcast by this little machine that is somewhat like a radio broadcasting machine, something like a crystal set, that can broadcast or emit, a specific frequency number, that can hurt, or heal, according to the frequency number, the settings of the machine, and the time-length given.

YOU COULD ALSO TRY: Advertising in this above magazine, to find who can supply the short-range e.l.f. machine frequency device, that should only be tuned to 8.989898Hz. It is not wise to experiment overmuch with these things, because some of the frequencies overdone can seem ok for weeks and weeks, even after a few short minutes of an overdose, and then later, the person could become very sick with an infection that could make them very ill, even with little chance of recovery since the doctors would have no ideas on how to treat such new infection, so be cautious. Some frequencies can even cause weaknesses in concrete.
WE EMPHASISE: If the instructions here are followed, the very, very short-range machine will not harm anyone or anything, yet it will re-balance the toxins there in the petrol, gas, oil and so forth, it will remove most if not all of the toxins. Do NOT under any circumstances try larger range machines, since there are people who are planning long range machines that we don't want interference between one electromagnetic field from one machine, and another, since those overlaps would, while not “meshing” could add up to a harmful overdose for life in the area. At the first sign of any overdose, switch the machines off. On the cars, there should also be a manual overriding switch to switch the machines off, if the car driver feels their “head is swimming”, and especially if others in the car feel the same. This is obviously a safety-measure that all people should know about, if their car has been installed with these things. This document and all of its' attendent information is now declared as Intellectual Property. Home garages and individuals are free to add such gadget to their own cars, and friends cars, if their intention is to help cut down the air pollution. One car with this invention will cut down on the future problems by one cars worth and we will not quarrel with such people, just go ahead. The main drive, the main motivation is: a cleaner world, for all life, even include the oceans life that suffers on as well, since the air blows the pollution to the air above the sea and particles do get into the water: fish and other life there does not like breathing an unnatural mix of car exhuast fumes and water, they prefer something better than that.
